Whether a custom new build, full scale renovation or a small refresh IDbyZM is here to be the liaison between you and your chosen architect, and or builder team.

We’ll guide you through everything from initial plans to the finishing touches, making sure the process runs smoothly and the final result alligns with your final vision. We will help blend your home’s architectural features with the interiors by sourcing interior finishes and fixture selections and all necessary drawings. With Zuzanna’s decade of project management experience, we will help you stay organized, within your budget, catered to your uniqueness and space within a cohesive design palate.

This package is perfect for either the client who is not planning on any renovations, but would like to choose new furnishings or incorporate new with existing items. Or, for the client who would like to add this to the Full Service package. 

Whether one room or an entire home, we are here to help you with your design paralysis and provide clarity once and for all. This service includes everything from furnishing items to window treatments, accessories and art. As well as non-structural changes such as paint, light fixtures and or hardware.
